· Shia LaBeouf's lawyer appeared in a court Wednesday morning to enter a plea of not guilty to a charge of unlawful smoking on the actor's behalf, and the judge recalled the bench warrant for the actor's arrest. The actor did not attend; a pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 24. [via people.com]
· Tokio Hotel are going on tour next month. The band kicks things off on April 17 in Detroit (State Theater), April 18 in Chicago (House of Blues), April 20 in Cleveland (House of Blues), April 23 in Toronto (Sound Factory), April 25 and 26 in Montreal (Metropolis), April 30 in Boston (Lowell Memorial Auditorium), and May 1 in Washington DC (9:30 Club). More dates are to be announced soon.
