Who Is The ‘Hottest MC In The Game’? Cast Your Vote Right Here!

All hands on deck! Once again, the MTV News Hip-Hop Brain Trust members are picking, sorting and battling over their choices for the top 10 Hottest MCs in the Game. They are considering everyone who has been active from the time of the highly controversial first “Hottest MCs in the Game” — which published in July of last year — up until now.

The artists are being judged on lyrics, flow, swagger and overall impact. You’ll get to see the Brain Trust go at it again on Friday, May 16, at 10 p.m. ET on MTV, when MTV News Presents the second edition of “The Hottest MCs in the Game.”

Obviously, true hip-hop fans will have more than a mouthful to say after the results are in — but why wait? We’re giving you the chance to have your say right now: While we encourage you to send in your full top 10, right now we want you to participate in this poll and tell us your pick for the #1 Hottest MC in the Game right now.

Please note: This audience poll will have no impact on the Brain Trust’s final top 10, but the results will be included in our coverage.

First off i cant believe black thought isn't on here, thats ridiculous in its self. But besides that no one can touch Lupe right now and he will go down as one of the top 5 Mc's after his last albumm (L.U.P.END) I'm not hating on lil wayne, he's always been one of the top MC's but latley he has been falling off with his voice box singing bull so i cant give him my vote. The Hottest MC in the game shouldnt be based at all on who's cd is hot right now because hip hop has become so commercial thats TYPICALLY a sign of the weakest MC in the game
Listen to the poetry that lupe drops on his albums, its REAL hip hop. hip hop isnt catchy hooks, half naked hoez and garbage songs about hot cars and candy shops. Hip Hop talent should never be judged based on who's sellin more albums, If you think back to where hip hop came from, its a contradiction to consider that, as your basis for a "HOT MC" JayZ is my second from this list, but there's a bunch of artists on here that, lyrically couldnt even win a battle on 106th and park let alone be considered hottest MC in the game right now. dont let the billboards fool you on who our talented hip hop artists are.
