Over the weekend, “Hairspray” star Amanda Bynes, 22, was involved in a minor car accident in Los Angeles — her second smashup of 2008.

According to People.com, police claim no major injuries were sustained in the crash, which they’ve said was Bynes’ bad.

“Ms. Bynes was driving a BMW when she made an unsafe turn and another car hit her,” police told People.com. “It was determined that she was at fault, but no crime was committed. The other driver complained of minor injuries. Drugs and alcohol were not involved. It was just a typical car accident. There was no serious damage to either vehicle.”

Back in February, Bynes was of several drivers involved in a multi-car collision in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ.com. No one was injured in that accident either, but rush-hour traffic was disrupted for some time.
