Not only did Britney Spears kill it last night at her concert at New York's Nassau Coliseum, she looked amazing! Her blonde locks were flowing and her body was in tip-top shape. But it was her over-the-top costumes that made her rock-hard frame look all the better. Here are my top five favorite Circus concert looks:
5) Pasty Britney: No, Britney doesn't need a tan — she actually seemed to be wearing pasties, like strippers wear. Britney shook her stuff while wearing black tassels that were attached to an S&M-inspired sparkly body suit. It was a little X-rated for the 8-year-old girls sitting next to me, but the guys in my section didn't seem to mind!
4) Old-School Britney: Brit seemed most comfortable in this outfit, which reminded me of her "Me Against the Music" video look. She was smiling and relaxed as she sang and danced to "Toxic" in a cropped black-and-white striped cropped shirt, sparkly pants and fedora.
3) Sparkly Stripper Britney: Brit found the perfect outfit to compliment her over-the-top cage dance during "Piece of Me." She wore a diamond-encrusted bustier, a removable corset and black boy-shorts with mile-high stilettos — shoes that were perfect for latching onto the bars of the cage while morphing her body into different positions.
2) Arabian Princess Britney: She looked like a princess in her Arabian-inspired blue-and-gold outfit, complete with a headdress and elaborate jewelry. After rocking out to a Arabian-themed version of "Me Against the Music," she was suspended in the air on a giant umbrella while singing "Everytime."
1) Cop Britney: Sgt. Spears is taking prisoners in this outfit — womanizing scoundrel prisoners, that is! Britney's "Womanizer" finale look was well worth the wait. Unlike the usual trashy cop costumes, Britney wore an intricate corset over a traditional police shirt. Her aviators and black cop hat — with a "B" on it — completed the sultry look.
All in all, they were spectacular looks for a spectacular show!
