We've promised to keep you up to date on the "American Idol" schedule, and this week is yet another unusual one. After bouncing around a bit earlier this season due to a speech by President Obama and some expanded three-night performance schedules, "Idol" is on the move again.
This time, it's because of the president again. Due to Obama's prime time press conference, "Idol" will bump back to tomorrow night, when the top 10 will celebrate 50 years of Motown goodness.
That means the elimination night will also shift back a night to Thursday, when Motown legend Smokey Robinson and former "Idol" winner Ruben Studdard will be on hand to perform as the contestants await word of their fate.
