In case you were living under a rock, I'd like to update you on the big happening this past weekend — the couple you all love to hate, Speidi, got married!

Yes, Spencer's sister Stephanie said the wedding was amazing, but those of us not lucky enough to snag an invitation were only privy to a few shots of the couple and the media frenzy outside. We have to watch “The Hills” to see Spencer and Heidi finally get hitched and catch a glimpse of the guest list. (What were their vows? Who from "Laguna Beach" made an appearance? Did Stacie the bartender show up? Oh, the intrigue!)
Sure, Heidi and Spencer are no Princess Diana and Prince Charles, but I'm still going to argue that when "The Hills" airs the episode showing their nuptials, it's going to be a huge television event. From all of the paparazzi surrounding the church last Saturday, you'd think it was the only newsworthy event that happened this past weekend. Swine flu? What?
As I wait with bated breath to watch Speidi tie the knot onscreen, I wonder if their wedding could rival my list of top five television weddings. You be the judge!
Zack and Kelly ("Saved by the Bell") - They were the "it" couple of Bayside High. We watched Kelly choose Zack over Slater and then develop a crush on that older dude Jeff who worked at The Max, causing the breakup that became the talk of the school cafeteria Monday morning. We saw them get back together, break up and go to Hawaii. Then Kelly disappeared for a few episodes and Zack dated leather-jacket-wearing Tori (Boo!). They graduated and some members of the gang went off to college, which prompted some of the most boring episodes ever until Kelly made her triumphant return! She dated her professor until Zack finally proclaimed his never-ending love for her as he jumped out of an airplane! Then came the two-hour television movie (which probably could have been kept to an hour), "Saved by the Bell: Wedding in Las Vegas." Fans were glued to TV screens as the couple that ruled the school finally made their relationship official, and teen girls everywhere hoped they could find a Zack Morris to call their own.
