Every day a multitude of stars wanders through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with our intrepid correspondents. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.
Plenty of rappers diversify by getting their own labels, starting their own clothing lines or opening their own restaurants (in the case of Diddy, it's all of the above). Ludacris is one of the MCs who takes diversification very seriously. Already an industry veteran (his new album Battle of the Sexes, which drops next week, will be his seventh release in a decade), Luda has been extremely active with charity and philanthropy via his Ludacris Foundation (which got him an invite to the National Press Club luncheon), extended himself deep into cyberspace with WeMix, signed an endorsement deal with TAG Body Spray and dreamed up his own brand of cognac. That's a pretty healthy resumé. But for now, it's all about Battle of the Sexes, and Luda stopped by the Sirius XM studio in New York to flash some bling and talk about his new record (which features guest spots from a number of female MCs like Eve, Nicki Minaj, Lil' Kim and Ciara).
He wasn't the only star out on Monday (March 1). Lady Gaga took the stage for a Monster Ball stop in Glasgow, Scotland, while "Remember Me" star Robert Pattinson swung by 30 Rock to visit Matt Lauer on "Today." Click here for these photos as well as the entire "Spotted!" archive, which features over 400 candid shots of stars like Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Jessica Simpson, Justin Timberlake, Mariah Carey, the Jonas Brothers, Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Shakira, Diddy, Madonna and Katy Perry!
