Justin Bieber has a lot of things going for him. He has a great voice, a lot of cool friends (including Usher, Ludacris and Asher Roth), millions of devoted fans, a style all his own and an incredibly cool head of hair. We're not entirely sure how the 16-year-old Canadian wunderkind manages to pull it off, but he has one of those great manes that is sure to go down in teen idol history as a legendary coif.

That got us thinking: What if Bieber experimented with some styles that other famous teens had already made famous throughout the years? For a while, it seemed like everybody was parting their hair just like "Home Improvement" star Jonathan Taylor Thomas, but that was only after they stopped feathering their bangs like the "Doogie Howser"-era Neil Patrick Harris. There has been no shortage of singers who have also pulled off iconic 'dos — remember Justin Timberlake's blond curls or Nick Carter's smooth flop?

And great hair hasn't just be relegated to the stars of the past, either. Nick Jonas is currently rocking an incredible head of curls, and if Bieber decided to give himself a perm, it would probably look a little like this.

Considering how ubiquitous and consistently excellent he has been for the length of his career, it's easy to take Snoop Dogg for granted. But you shouldn't, because not only has the man born Calvin Broadus released some of the most iconic hip-hop tracks of the past 20 years ("Gin and Juice," "Murder Was the Case," "Drop It Like It's Hot," "Beautiful" and "Sensual Seduction" among them), but he has also been a movie star ("Starsky and Hutch," "Bones"), a TV icon ("Doggy Fizzle Televizzle" and "Snoop Dogg's Father Hood") and a master of the endorsement (which run from St. Ides malt liquor to Snoop-themed action figures).

He wasn't always a media mogul. In the beginning, he was just a hungry kid with a unique flow who rapped all over Dr. Dre's The Chronic. He still has that same voice (it's a rare mix of hard and sweet that few others have mastered), but his look has constantly evolved over his career.

Back in the Snoop Doggy Dogg days, he was a baby-faced kid with patchy facial hair who rolled mostly in hooded sweatshirts and flashed gang signs. As Snoop's sound and business sense evolved, so did his style. He experimented with gangster-style suits, lavish furs, '70s throwback threads and all manner of sports jerseys. All the while, he has remained the same hit machine he has always been, preaching the Snoop lifestyle (which, quite frankly, seems pretty awesome).

Check out Snoop's life in photos, from the early Death Row days to his current work.

While Justin Bieber has been making the rounds serenading his fans with his hit song "Baby" (like he did on "The View" on Tuesday), MTV News caught up with some of Bieber's biggest fans and now they are returning the favor.

Outside of "The View" studios in Manhattan, we got Bieber's fans to dish all about why they love him, how far they traveled to see him and what songs off of My World 2.0 they like the most. But, while there we also got them to change up the lyrics to his song and replace the "Baby" with "Bieber." From there, a lovely ode to America's favorite Canadian began (sorry William Shatner).

"Just to clarify, I didn't write that bit. And that was from when I was 15 — and there is a reason that song's not on my record. So I have to admit now, I do regret ever even singing that, because I have mad respect for [Britney]. At the time, I was 15. I didn't really have the balls to not sing it. That is why it's not on my record. I can't really stand behind it."

-"Blah Blah Blah" and "Tik Tok" singer Ke$ha, speaking to "So You Think You Can Dance Australia" about a lyric from an old song called "Styrofoam" that took a shot at Britney Spears. The track, which is not on Ke$ha's chart-topping debut Animal, surfaced online last weekend and contains the line "In 10 years/ Britney Spears/ Britney who?" She asserted that the reason why "Styrofoam" isn't on Animal is because she does not stand by that sentiment — nor did she ever.

The clarification came on the heels of Ke$ha's apology to Justin Bieber for calling him a "tiny little baby" during an interview in Maxim magazine. "I would've loved to push him around onstage in a carriage," she told the magazine.

She was quick to recant. "Dear Justin B, I am so sorry if my bad joke has hurt your feelings," she wrote on her Twitter. "U r obviously so talented and I would never mean to offend u. I think u r rad."

It's Musical March Madness! The sprawling bracket — both a parody and a tribute to the NCAA basketball tournament, masterminded by MTV News' James Montgomery — takes the 65 biggest names in rock, splits them up into four regions, assigns them seeds and puts them up against one another in a single-elimination series of match-ups in a winner-take-all contest. We're leaving it to you to decide an actual champ in this field of 65. Over the next few weeks, we will present a series of polls that will allow you to vote for the match-ups presented in MTV News' Band Bracketology. You vote for the winners, we'll keep advancing the seeds and, in the end, we'll have some sort of champion. What will the winner receive? Little more than our esteem (as well as that of the fans) and some Internet bragging rights.

It's been a crazy couple of days, but we have finally arrived at the last set of match-ups. Tomorrow, we hit the ground running with the second round, but before we keep pushing this thing forward, let's take a look at the last two pairings in the South region.

(8) Kris Allen vs. (9) Adam Lambert
The world has already weighed in on this head-to-head, but now that they've been out in the real world for nearly a year, it will be interesting to see who scores the victory during the rematch. Can Allen pull off the sweep, or will Lambert score the victory?

(1) Kings of Leon vs. (16) Creed
Kings of Leon have turned just about everything they've touched to gold in the past year, from their sold-out world tour to their smash single "Use Somebody." While Creed have a great series of hits under their belts, they already had to fight their way into this game with a victory over Against Me! in the qualifying round, so they may have conditioning issues. Can they pull the ultimate upset, or will Kings of Leon coast into round two?

An fundamental aspect of attending WMC is musical discovery and exploration. Falling in love with a song and then madly trying to find out what song is can be a daunting task for even the most diehard fan. To spare you from the embarrassment of asking your pals if that awesome dance song with the piano and the intergalactic sounding thingy is the new Ace of Base release, check out the list below of the 10 most notable songs you may not know but will most certainly grow to love. You can preview all of these tracks on the Beatport Player below.

Gadjo, "So Many Times"
The combination of funky samba piano, a muted trumpet and a kick ass bass line made this track a huge hit in 2006. This all time vocal favorite might just be a mystery to the untrained ear, but consider the mystery solved!

Tiesto, "Traffic"
He is the most iconic and recognizable figure in the dance world, but does anyone know his real music? When he's not teaming up with Tegan and Sara or cruising down the Vegas Strip with Three Six Mafia and Sean Kingston, he's tearing up sold out stadiums (including the 2004 Olympic Opening Ceremonies) across the globe with huge bombs like "Traffic."

Kaskade. "Be Still"
Prolific L.A. producer and DJ Kaskade has his roots in deep house, but in the mid-2000s he began incorporating stunning vocals into his unmistakable sound. "Be Still" was a giant hit and is our favorite of the bunch, but there are many more. We can't wait to hear his new collaboration with Tiesto, rumored to be dropping some time in the next few months.

Supermode, "Tell Me Why"
This killer riff is often confused with September's "Cry for You," but that is only to the untrained ear. Read More...

Justin Bieber is a busy guy. This week alone, he has been on "The View" and will be on "The Late Show with David Letterman" tonight (March 23) and the Kids Choice Awards on Saturday (March 27). He'll be bowling tonight in celebration of the release of his new album My World 2.0, and he'll be embarking on a massive tour this summer (beginning June 23 in Hartford, Connecticut). And then there is his non-stop tweeting, which seems to infiltrate most of his waking hours.

That doesn't leave very much time to just hang out and, say, work on his basketball game. Luckily, it appears as though his skills on the court are on point.

That clip is from the upcoming special "The Diary of Justin Bieber," which will air this Sunday (March 28) at 7:30 p.m. on MTV.

Bieber's combination of ball handling skills, speed and deadly-accurate shooting remind us of a combination of three music-centric hoopsters.

Romeo Miller
Master P's son began his recording career when he was only 12 years old and scored a giant hit called "My Baby" in 2001. He continued to record for his dad's label, No Limit Records, but all the while was perfecting his roundball skills. In fact, he was good enough to earn a hoops scholarship to USC, where he currently plays.

Mookie Blaylock
Over the course of his career (his best years were with the Atlanta Hawks), Blaylock became known as an excellent ball handler, deft defensive player and killer three-point shooter. Bieber seems to share all of these traits (we imagine he'd rack up steals on unsuspecting opponents). What's Blaylock's musical connection? He helped inspire the dudes in Pearl Jam.

Steve Nash
Because they're both Canadian and have incredible heads of hair. Nash already received a star on Canada's Walk of Fame — something that Bieber seems destined for.

Do you think you could beat Justin Bieber in a game of one-on-one? Let us know in the comments!

The first round is nearly over, but there are still a number of decisions to be made and votes to be cast. Check out the next two pairings and keep voting for your favorites!

(4) Lil Wayne vs. (13) Alice in Chains
Weezy has always been the favorite rapper of a lot of indie rock types, but his latest album Rebirth establishes him as a rock act. Alice in Chains have managed to overcome the loss of their frontman and a long period of dormancy to score some big hits with their comeback album Black Gives Way to Blue. Can Wayne — a hardcore sports fan — make a run in the tournament from his jail cell, or will he be derailed by Alice in Chains?

(5) John Mayer vs. (12) Nick Jonas
John Mayer has had a rough time lately, but he remains a top-selling artist and a huge live draw. Nick Jonas left his primary gig in the Jonas Brothers, recruited some members of Prince's band and went on a funk-fueled tour on his own. Mayer is an established star and Jonas a rising phenomenon, but which one has enough momentum to carry him into the second round?

I spent much of the last two days at ABC studios to get the first person experience of seeing Justin Bieber on "The View." On Monday (March 22), Bieber sat down with the ladies to chat and perform an acoustic rendition of his song "Never Let You Go." He seemed to really hit it off with Barbara Walters — in fact, he kind of asked her out on date.

It's a long couple of hours before you actually get into ABC's studios for "The View," and then you stand around in the hallway. Inside the studio, both moms and their daughters were pretty excited to be at the taping. There was a surprising amount of dancing that goes on in the audience, and the "View" hosts even chat it up with the crowd between segments during commercial breaks (though I was not lucky enough to talk to Joy Behar).

I not only got the chance to catch Bieber fever (I'm currently simmering at a robust 101 degrees), but I also got the chance to see a very tall Miley Cyrus talk about her new flick "The Last Song" and her love for her boyfriend (and co-star) Liam Hemsworth.

But on Tuesday (March 23), Bieber came back for more. And while the moms in the audience got a chance to check out Greg Kinnear (also there to promote "The Last Song"), it was their daughters who were freaking out about Bieber. Justin ditched the acoustic guitar for a full band, back-up dancers and a DJ (but no Ludacris) for a run through his hit "Baby." He didn't need Luda — he did the rapping himself, and it was actually quite good. I also got to see the ladies of "The View" catch the fever themselves when they posed for pictures with the teen star.

Bieber mostly waved to fans from afar during the interview segments and performance on Monday. But on Tuesday, he got right up close and serenaded several of his fans in the front row while he was singing.

Now I love myself some Bieber performances, but I have to say the highlight of the two days was snagging myself an official "View" mug featuring the likenesses of the show's hosts. My mom certainly will be excited — she really wanted one of those mugs!
