The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards featured the best of the best in terms of celebs and performances, so it was no surprise that as the night went on there were a ton of memorable moments worth capturing. We combed through all the best photos captured before the show, on stage and behind the scenes and picked out the top 10. Check out the ranking below and let us know if you agree!
1. Drake trying to take a bite out of Lady Gaga's meat purse? So delish.

2. You know, for most guys, having the affections of Kim Kardashian and Chelsea Handler would be plenty, but for Biebs it's obviously not enough. The pop star managed to nab a kiss from Rihanna and Katy Perry (at the same time!) during the VMAs. Talk about a ladies man!
3. Talk about girl power. Katy Perry, Rihanna, Ke$ha and Nicki Minaj took the VMAs by storm this year, and we're loving that they managed to sneak in a picture together. The only thing missing? Maybe Justin Bieber.
4. Chelsea Handler has made no secret of the fact that she loves hip-hop artists, but Rick Ross got some special treatment on stage. Everything about this picture — from the red fur on Rick's bike and the mischievous smirk on Chelsea's face — grabs our attention.
5. Put "Jersey Shore," a jacuzzi and Chelsea Handler together and what do you get? A big bundle of joy, obviously. One big question: Who's the daddy?

6. Though her pre-show performance with will.i.am's was excellent, fans still got distracted by Nicki's "assets." Can you blame them?
7. One of our favorite summer collaborations was "Airplanes" by B.o.B. and Hayley Williams, and we were supremely surprised when we learned the singers had never actually met. Obviously, that fact makes this picture of the two stars exchanging numbers that much more special.
8. Our other favorite summer song was "Love the Way You Lie," and the team of Eminem and Rihanna on stage looked absolutely fierce. We could not have asked for more.
9. We've all seen it, but we just can't seem to get enough of the Bieber-mania. Here it is in full effect right before his performance.
10. Before Gaga was pushing the limits of fashion, there was Cher. The two of them on stage together in interesting attire might have just been too much for fashionistas everywhere to handle.
