Lady Gaga isn't afraid to share the spotlight with anyone. She's already done it with Beyonce and Elton John, to name a few. But this fall her collabo quotient is getting a new boost thanks to some super high-profile projects waiting in the wings.
Gaga has hooked up with crooning legend Tony Bennett on his forthcoming Duets II album. She'll appear on a cover of the Frank Sinatra classic "The Lady is a Tramp." Bennett doesn't think Gaga is going anywhere anytime soon, saying, "I never met a more talented person in my life ... I think she's going to become as big as Elvis Presley."
The world may stop for a second in September when Cher drops her duet with the singer, the aptly titled "The Greatest Thing.” Gaga and Cher have quite a history together. At the 2010 VMAs, it was Cher (who at 64 strutted out on stage in her “If I Could Turn Back Time” bodysuit) who handed a meat dress-wearing Gaga the VMA for Video of the Year for “Bad Romance.”
And, finally, a photo from Gaga's forthcoming photo book shot by Terry Richardson dropped. The photo is of the pair hanging in London. Gaga sports blood and Richardson's signature specks and he, fittingly, has his paws up.
So if there is the marker of a trend, then Gaga is the trendiest of all! Which Gaga collabo are you most looking forward to? Tell us in the comments!
