Marc Jacobs Calls ‘South Park’ Tribute ‘The Coolest Honor’

What do Kanye West, the Jonas Brothers, Mel Gibson and Marc Jacobs all have in common? Well, they’ve all been lampooned on “South Park.”

Jacobs recently appeared on the show. Well, actually, a doll-likeness of him called Muscle Man Marc appeared on the show. And the famed designer told MTV News last week that he can’t believe he was chosen to be a part of the episode, appearing alongside Cartman’s other dolls at a tea party.

“It is the coolest honor ever that I will never ever… I can’t imagine anything greater happening to me in this lifetime,” he explained to us. “‘I’m just a doll in Cartman’s room, so I guess I’m not really a character, but I don’t know. They’ve made fun of so many people and rightfully so.”

Marc, who has two tats in honor of the show already, is still reeling from the attention from “South Park” creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker. “It’s pretty ridiculous the people they’ve poked fun at, but maybe I’m ridiculous too for having these things tattooed on my arms, these toys of Cartman tattooed on my arm,” he continued. “But I’d like to think I’m very kind of ridiculous in the right way somehow. It was really a great honor. I’ve been floating ever since I’ve seen the episode.”
