Oh my God! Did you hear that track?
Last week, Swedish House Mafia touched down on Madison Square Garden for an epic show, and fans have been gushing over the trio’s tracks ever since.

And we here at the MTV Newsroom hear you. Sometimes waiting for SHM to drop a new song feels like waiting for Santa to shimmy down your chimney to delivery a shiny new Xbox 360 — the anticipation is crippling. But fear not, after months of cranking out thumping new jams at shows across the globe, club music’s biggest trendsetters are ready to un-cage some serious beasts for your listening pleasure. Having recently premiered a track rumored to be titled “Inks” at the MSG show, SHM’s arsenal consistently reflects cutting-edge sound while folding new talent into the mix via their individual production labels.

While Sebastian Ingrosso has been blasting out smashes from the likes of Style of Eye and rookie sensation Alesso under his Refune Records, Axwell and Steve Angello have opted to keep many of their releases under lock and key.

Angello’s Size Records has been teasing all sorts of tunes, including the guitar-heavy, shout-along crowd pleaser “Yeah.” In true Angello fashion, the DJ/producer has repeatedly tested, tweaked and polished the rock-style anthem, readying it for a final release, which he said will be “very soon.” And that’s not all he’s got on deck.

“There’s a couple of new kids I’ve signed, which until it’s done on paper, I can’t say what it is,” he told MTV News. “But I’m building a platform for Size: Size 2.0. It’s a musical platform that involves free stuff. It’s an amazing platform, we worked on it for a really long time, and I think it’s about time to release it for the New Year.”

A couple weapons the Size camp has been harboring are Nari & Milani’s latest, “Atom,” and Swedish duo Qulinez’s monster track “Troll.” Chock-full of slider synths, progressive builds and fog horn so bone-crushing that it could be mounted on the USS Missouri, “Troll” is sure to be a massive release.

Michael Calfan’s “Resurrection” was recently unleashed on the Axtone imprint and, according to Axwell, the label is close to releasing Hard Rock Sofa’s “Quasar,” and Feenixpawl and Ivan Gough’s “In My Mind.” “In My Mind” (also known as “Colours”) is a retro trance synth garnished with the raspy, seductive vocals of Georgi Kay. “I have eight or nine really awesome releases, which I’m so happy about because I normally complain that there’s no good music coming out,” Axwell said.

There is certainly no shortage of SHM-approved tunes coming down the pipe, so it’s safe to say 2012 will be another massive year for the Holy Trinity of House.
