Britney SpearsYou've heard "Womanizer" nonstop by now, but what else does Miss Britney Spears have to offer to Circus-goers? Today, the singer released the cover art for her upcoming sixth studio album, due out on her birthday, December 2.

Spears also announced that the next single will be the title track, "Circus," produced by Dr. Luke and Benny Blanco. It's the second cut on the album, after "Womanizer." The rest of the songs under Britney's big top include "Out From Under," "Kill the Lights," "Shattered Glass," "If U Seek Amy," "Unusual You," "Blur," "Mmm Papi," "Mannequin," "Lace and Leather," "My Baby" and as a bonus track, "Radar."

Ashanti once clicked her heels together as Dorothy, but for one night, she was the Wicked Witch of the West.

For a special performance of "Wicked" — the Broadway musical in which you learn the Wicked Witch in "The Wizard of Oz" wasn't so wicked after all — Ashanti joined former castmembers from the show, as well as celebs such as Mario Cantone, Joy Behar, George Wendt and Matthew Settle from "Gossip Girl," in a charity performance on Monday called "The Yellow Brick Road Not Taken." The production featured never-before-seen scenes and songs from a rough draft of the first act, with proceeds benefitting the New York Restoration Project.

Though some of the celebs couldn't sing quite as well as Broadway regulars, Wendt (as the Wizard) got points from the audience just for trying. (Behar didn't try at all, but instead read her lines with a sense of rhythm that implied song.) Settle tackled a love song, "As If By Magic," while Cantone brought down the house with his ad-libbed rendition of "Popular." (Both Behar and Cantone made digs at Palin and McCain in their songs.) Beyonce's

Beyoncé couldn't be present at her album listening party on Wednesday — she was abroad, doing international press from 10 a.m. to midnight, according to her father, Mathew Knowles — so she recorded a video message to explain the split between I Am... and Sasha Fierce. Here's what she had to say for herself:

It's election season, so it's time to pick a side: Team Blair or Team Serena?

The way "Gossip Girl" has been heating up this season, there's a major power struggle between the Upper East Side's two queen bees. Serena appears to be on top at the moment, but for how long?

When we (very unscientifically) polled our newsroom staff about who should win in the end, Blair seemed to have the edge — even if the arguments make her out to be more worker bee than queen bee.

And then a surprising dark-horse candidate emerged ...

There's been a mention of Dylan. But there's no Luke Perry, no Tori Spelling and, so far, no Brian Austin Green on the new "90210."

But "never say never," says the actor, who's currently starring in "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles," which airs the night before "90210."

Shirley Manson

Garbage might be on hiatus — regardless of whatever Butch Vig may or may not be doing with Green Day — but Shirley Manson's on a break no more. She's got new music on her new show, "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles," and more new music on the way.

"I didn't have any idea that I was going to be singing on the show," Manson told us when we stopped by the set. "It was just as a favor to [the show's writer/creator] Josh [Friedman]."

Watch our behind-the-scenes look from the set, plus read Manson's thoughts on girls making music after the jump!

Spotted: Leighton Meester walking the runway and giving up her Stuart Weitzman platforms in Union Square today.

Nope, not a spoof of Monday night's episode of "Gossip Girl," in which Dan Humphrey gave up his shoes to Chuck Bass, and Serena van der Woodsen strutted the runway while a jealous Blair Waldorf tried to sabotage the backstage goings-on. This time, there were no last-minute shenanigans, though Meester kept her fingers crossed. "I hope that doesn't come back to me!"

I have to say that after listening to R. Kelly speak on BET’s “R. Kelly Speaks,” I was disappointed. There are a lot of questions that I thought should have been asked — that need to be asked — given that Kelly apparently isn’t going to discuss his child-pornography trial further, and yet so many rumors, allegations and speculations remain unaddressed. Here are some questions Touré did not ask:

If multiple people have blackmailed Kelly, who were they? What were they blackmailing him about? What happened?

What is the exact relationship that Kelly has with his goddaughter — who allegedly appears with him in the sex tape at the center of the trial — then and now? If nothing has ever happened between them, as the singer claims, why did she not come forward and say so?

T-Pain's got an album coming out this fall called Thr33 Ringz (hence, his arrival at the VMAs on an elephant). Pink is set to release an album called Funhouse (as far as we can tell, that's not a Stooges reference). And now Britney's joined the fun by calling her upcoming album Circus.

What is it with Jive artists and the circus/carnival theme this year? Was there a record-label powwow? Did the executives tell these artists that marketing research reveals that people like fun, and references to fun sell?

Or is the theme meant to imply something a little more ... sinister? After all, some people think clowns are scary (although that might have something to do with John Wayne Gacy). Britney, as evidenced in her VMA-winning video "Piece of Me," has been living in a media circus. Pink might see her life, post-separation from hubby Carey Hart, as if through a funhouse mirror — kind of distorted and not at all what she thought it would be. And T-Pain — well, maybe he just likes elephants.

Daniel Radcliffe

If wizard rock is a new concept to you, don't let that dissuade you — it's new to Harry Potter himself, Daniel Radcliffe, too.

At his New York Times TimesTalk event on Tuesday (August 19), the actor was asked if he were planning to attend a local wizard-rock fest while he's in New York for the limited-engagement Broadway run of "Equus." "I've heard of wizard rock — Harry and the Potters, right? — but I haven't actually heard it yet."

The audience member — from Harry Potter meet-up club the Group That Shall Not Be Named — then handed Radcliffe a DVD of Megan and Mallory Schuyler's "The Wizard Rockumentary" film.

"That's awesome," he laughed. "Thank you very much. I've just been made aware of it."

As for Muggle music, Daniel was asked if he could book a concert of his own choosing, which five bands would play. (We already know he's a fan of the Arctic Monkeys and Giant Drag — but who else is on his wish list?) This is what he came up with in the spur of the moment:

1. The Sensational Alex Harvey Band ("Has anyone heard of them over here?" he asked, to which a few people cheered.)

2. The Libertines

3. The Pixies

4. The Sex Pistols ("Can they be dead?" Radcliffe asked. "Wait, no, I love Sid [Vicious], but it would have to be with Glen Matlock.)

5. Joanna Newsome ("As a stark contrast," he said.)

Do you like Daniel's choices for a lineup? Would you attend this concert? What bands would you pick if you could choose any five to play a show together?
