The two stars have teamed up to headline "Peepshow," a modern burlesque show set to open at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Mel B plays the mistress of ceremonies, the Peep Diva, while Monaco is Bo Peep, the Diva's timid protégé.

They were joined at the show's opening-night party last night by none other than Linday Lohan, who may be back to her hard-partying ways after her breakup from Sam Ronson. Could LiLo be interested in guest-starring in the show too?

Also making an appearance: Chris Noth, bachelor Bob Guiney, and Perez Hilton. Clearly the who's who of Hollywood.

Lindsay Lohan used to be a megastar in the making with gorgeous red hair, a face full of adorable freckles and a winning smile. Like in 2004's "Mean Girls" or 2005's "Herbie: Fully Loaded."

Then, for a while, she had blond hair and got scary skinny and was clearly having a lot of fun and not taking great care of herself. Then she made some bad movies and wasn't as big a star anymore. She got arrested for a DUI, providing the Internet with a really great mugshot. So she want to rehab and threw a in Las Vegas party when she got out. She didnt look healthy. I wanted to buy her a double-stack at Subway and make her take a nap for a while.

She started "hanging out" with Samantha Ronson and really looked great.

Well not to get all superficial, but I think it's time to worry again. Last night, she came out of post-breakup seclusion for an Armani Exchange event. Her eyes are glassy and tired looking. Her arms are skinny and she just doesn’t look happy.

Like Britney, Lindsay Lohan has had her ups and downs, both public and private. Just like Britney, I'm rooting for Lindsay. I really hope she can get past this bump in the road and stay on the right track.

We'll let her explain what's been filling her plate these days. (Spolier alert: It includes a spray tan line!) "I actually am starting a spray tan. I'm doing it through Sephora. And it's really exciting cause it's really good and I'm really happy about that," she told E! Online. "My friend and I just had an idea so we did it through my company."

Lohan isn't a one-trick pony, though — she's also concentrating on high-brow projects like, um, a diamond line. Yes, a diamond line. "I'm starting to do a diamond line. I designed this one [points to her jewelry] with my friend Karen from 14 Karats. This is a sliver diamond. Everyone thinks it's a stone and I'm like, 'No it's a diamond, it's not a stone.' "

In between her time being a designer and holding "a lot of meetings for movies and stuff," Lindsay, along with fellow bad girl Lily Allen, set aside some time to get inked. They both got "shhh" tattoos on their index fingers, which she explains is a form of female empowerment.

"I didn't know Rihanna had it," she said. "But it's like a woman-empowerment thing. We had talked about it and when people are saying things I'm always like, 'Shhh.' So it makes sense."

Although she didn't want to say anything about her relationship with Sam Ronson, she did address the reports that she's lost a good deal of weight. "I haven't changed my eating habits," she explained. "I go to yoga once a week, but I don't go more than that because I'm too lazy, but it's probably stress."

Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake sued Lohan last week for battery, false imprisonment, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, slander and negligence, seeking damages in excess of $25,000. Two months after the incident, the actress pleaded guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine that night and an earlier drunken-driving arrest, serving 84 minutes in jail before entering rehab.
 
In August of 2007, Lohan was sued for assault and negligence by one of the passengers in the car she allegedly chased during the incident; Tracie Rice was in the car driven by Michelle Peck, the mother of one of the "Mean Girls" star's former assistants. Rice's suit alleged that Lohan intentionally inflicted emotional distress on her and sought unspecified damages and payment for medical and other emotional-distress-related expenses.
 
Lohan's attorney, Ed McPherson, has labeled the new lawsuit "absurd." He said the young men were having fun during the chase and wondered why they waited more than a year to file suit. "It just doesn't make sense," he told the AP. "They had ample opportunity to get out of the car. ... It's three guys who want to get a lot of headlines ... and want to make some money."

An attorney for the men said last year that he hoped to avoid filing a suit. McPherson confirmed there were talks, but no settlement could be reached.

Anyway, long gone are the days when kissing a fellow contestant in a limo full of models was considered cool or edgy (three years ago, I kissed fellow contestant Sarah Rhoades in front of the cameras on "America's Next Top Model"), or when the statement "Yep, I'm gay" was actually daring — people claimed that would end Ellen DeGeneres' career, and now she's one of America's most beloved talk-show hosts, has a hot wife, and gets all the free episodes of "Arrested Development" that she wants! (Yep, I'm jealous.) Remember the uproar when some people claimed one of the Teletubbies might be gay?

That said, it's true that most people in Hollywood aren't quite ready to come out yet (and of course we're still waiting on Bert and Ernie). But I am excited to say that, while my kiss on national television might still be shocking to Mom and Dad Stolz (and apparently YouTube, which still only allows "members" to see the "inappropriate" kiss between two girls), Lindsay Lohan has made being a lesbian an afterthought. And when I saw the cover of People, with Clay Aiken exclaiming "Yes, I'm gay," I couldn't help but merely say: "Uh-huh. What's the big deal?" — although things don't seem to have gotten much easier for male heartthrobs of the industry.

We certainly have a long way to go, and a long aisle to walk down before we can say "I do." But at least, with the help of some Hollywood folk, we are getting there.

Joining a chorus of celebrity critics that already includes Matt Damon and Margaret Cho, Lohan took to her blog on Sunday to lay into the Alaska governor for her views on abortion and homosexuality, not to mention for posing for the cover of celebrity rags when she's, like, not even a real celebrity.

"I really cannot bite my tongue anymore when it comes to Sarah Palin," Lohan wrote. "Is it a sin to be gay? Should it be a sin to be straight? Or to use birth control? Or to have sex before marriage? Or even to have a child out of wedlock? ... I find it quite interesting that a woman who now is running to be second in command of the United States only four years ago had aspirations to be a television anchor. Which is probably all she is qualified to be."

Lohan was particularly angered by an Associated Press story that Palin's church promoted a conference devoted to the "conversion of gays." She ends the rant by quoting that great Canadian stateswoman, Pamela Anderson, who once said, "She can suck it."

Just typing about Palin, whom Lohan called a "narrow-minded, media-obsessed homophobe," apparently filled her with so much "fear, anxiety, concern, disappointment and stress" that she reportedly punched a paparazzo in the nose later that night, after tripping over a metal barricade that she mistook for a photog's foot, according to TMZ.

In more dire news, Lohan's pal, DJ Samantha Ronson, who can't vote anyway because she's not a U.S. citizen, begged her American friends to do their research, "and if you're in doubt — vote for Obama! Mainly because if she gets elected, my green card probably won't get renewed!!!"

Finally, someone is talking about the real issues!

When surrounded by paparazzi in an airport, less than a day after Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton's comments about her sexuality, the actress kept her composure, refusing to give the tabloids the kind of sound bite they were probably hoping for. Instead of ripping into Bratton who, the day before, claimed Lohan had "gone gay" (a remark he later tried to quantify by saying his own sister is a lesbian — which apparently makes such comments acceptable in his mind), she followed her PR training to the letter, calling the cop's aside "inappropriate."

Maybe, being a public figure, Lohan can't simply spout off to the media, even after being attacked like that. But most of us wouldn't have been able to bite our tongues, right?
