Disgraced boy-band promoter Lou Pearlman has been working as an informant for police while in jail, handing over information he's learned about a 19-year-old man accused of killing an off-duty Florida police officer during a botched robbery. Apparently, the man at the center of the case recognized Pearlman from "Making the Band" as they were leaving the shower area.
