In his first interview since the crash, the "Transformers" star told "Entertainment Tonight" on Monday that it was "eye-opening and terrifying." He also talked about how he's adjusted to his rapid rise to fame in recent years, saying he's "trying to figure out how to be edible to a lot of people." Hmm. Ketchup?

Shia LaBeoufIt's probably not much consolation to Shia LaBeouf and his crushed hand, but the man who owns the car that police say caused the actor's July 27 accident has been charged with failing to stop at a red light. Simon Herbert, 21, was hit with the charge last Friday.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) may have asked Shia LaBeouf to man up and get ignition locks following his misdemeanor DUI citation in Sunday's Los Angeles car crash, but according to a report, the actor has done at least one thing right already. An eyewitness said that despite being encouraged to flee the scene of the crash by the person whose car he hit, LaBeouf insisted on hanging in and taking his punishment.
