In his first interview since the crash, the "Transformers" star told "Entertainment Tonight" on Monday that it was "eye-opening and terrifying." It's probably not much consolation to Shia LaBeouf and his crushed hand, but the man who owns the car that police say caused the actor's July 27 accident has been charged with failing to stop at a red light. Simon Herbert, 21, was hit with the charge last Friday.
Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) may have asked Shia LaBeouf to man up and get ignition locks following
