Nick Jonas May Be 'Tainted,' But Miley Still Likes Him!

Nick JonasYoung starlets and pop singers seem to have finally decided that the novelty of date a Jonas Brother has worn off. Just recently, Emma Roberts told Teen Vogue that although she once coveted youngest brother Nick, these days he's "a little tainted."

"I used to have a crush on Nick, but he's kind of making his rounds in Hollywood," she said, according to TeenVogue.com. "And I don't know if I like that."

Also, let's not forget the time that Selena Gomez, also a former lady friend of Nick's, warned the boys to stop dating the girls they put their videos (girls like her and Joe's maybe GF Camilla Belle). "Just put boys in [your] videos from now on; how 'bout that?" Read More...

The Jonas Brothers Gave Me Flashbacks To My Backstreet Boys-Lovin’ Days

Back when I was 10 years old, if the Backstreet Boys had put out a movie and stopped by my local theater for a visit, I would have totally resembled every screaming and crying Jonas Brothers fan that were surprised when the boys stopped by their local theaters this past weekend.

As an MTV News intern, I had the opportunity to go to the upstate New York stop of the Jonas Brothers' lengthy weekend agenda of theater visits, in which the pop heartthrobs surprised fans all over the country with stops at undisclosed locations in support of their movie, "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience."

While watching the little curly redhead who couldn't even speak she was so startled, or the pair of teens who couldn't stop jumping up and down and hugging each other, I could only imagine how I would have reacted 10 years ago if it were Nick Carter and Kevin Richardson that were mere feet away from me.

The Jonas Brothers + their "3D Concert Experience" movie + cross-country surprise theater appearances via private jets = an opportunity MTV News couldn't miss. Lately, when Simon Cowell disses "American Idol" contestants, they shrug it off like it's nothing. Last week, he said top-12 finalist Allison Iraheta had no personality. "He doesn't know me," she later retorted.

"Watchmen" fanatics don't even have to wait for the DVD, or the movie's release for that matter, to discover the hidden Easter eggs in Zack Snyder's adaptation — 'cause we've got a handy little guide to them right now.

Keep an eye out for Anjulie, a young Canadian singer/songwriter who sounds like a mix of Nelly Furtado and Duffy. She's currently touring with Jesse McCartney, and her music has been featured on MTV's "The City."

Flying High In The Jonas Brothers' Private Jet

It's not every day, not even for those of us who work at MTV News, that you're asked to join a wildly popular band on their private jet. So, when I was asked to go on assignment to cover the Jonas Brothers for part of their Theater Invasion tour, how could I say no?

My producer, Akshay Bhansali, and I boarded that very luxurious private jet (thanks, tour-sponsor Marquis!), where we were treated like rock stars. There was food everywhere (we ate a lot), the seats were very comfortable, and the company was great (and I mean everyone — not just Nick, Joe and Kevin).

For most of the trip, the guys chilled out in the jet's bedroom to catch up on some much-needed rest during their nonstop journey across the country, surprising fans at screenings of their new movie, "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience." But when they did come out, they were incredibly cordial, taking the time to greet each and every one of us. They are the nice boys from New Jersey you would imagine them to be.

Going Home For The Jonas Brothers

Growing up, I went to the Palisades Mall in Nyack, New York, all the time with my friends. In high school, it was our hangout on Friday nights. So, as you can imagine, going back there now, all these years later, to cover an assignment following the Jonas Brothers around for MTV News — the job I told everyone in high school I would have one day — is quite mind-boggling.

First off, traveling to the Westchester airport to attend a press conference featuring the most famous group of guys in the world is pretty cool as it is, but it's not often that these types of assignments give you the opportunity to go home, even if it's only for a few hours. To say the least, it was a trip.

Even though Nick admitted to being "single" on the carpet, dad Kevin Sr. thought he might be the one to take the plunge first. "He is the most driven, focused of the three," he said of Nick. "I don't really know who will get married first — maybe Frankie."

We relish the thought of 8-year-old Frankie "Bonus" Jonas getting married before his older brothers. Friends of the Jonas Brothers got into the act and also placed bets on who is going to marry first. Read More...

It's the death match fans have been waiting for: The Jonas Brothers vs. Barbara Walters! The veteran reporter used her hard-hitting journalistic abilities to make the JoBros squirm during her annual Oscar special Sunday night.

Joe shifted nervously in his seat when asked about country sensation Taylor Swift, who famously bashed him after he reportedly broke up with her via a 27-second phone call. Joe avoided mentioning his rumored new girl, Camilla Belle, but attempted to put an end to this Swift-boating incident by referring to the teen star as a "friend."

Walters then turned her attention to Nick's relationship with Disney's reigning princess.

Jonas Brothers Dish About Each Other On The Early Show

It may have been chilly in New York on Tuesday morning (February 17), but that didn’t stop a couple hundred fans from huddling close in Bryant Park to catch a glimpse of the Jonas Brothers on CBS' Early Show.

Screaming fans circled the trio, who took part in playing "Most Likely To," a game where host Julie Chen asked the brothers questions they had to answer about each other.
