Pink, Twitter

Pop singer Pink is under the weather, but that's not enough to keep the "So What" tough girl down.

Late in the day yesterday (May 31), the 32-year-old shared a photo on Twitter that shows her layed up in a hospital bed with an IV in her arm. Despite the serious-seeming situation, however, she is sporting a big smile while sippin' on some juice (or water or something).

Why the happy face?

"Maybe it’s cause my mom was an ER nurse all my life – but throw me in a gown and a hook me up to an IV – and I’m a happy girl," she wrote.

So what's got our girl down? Seems she caught a bug … and maybe something a little extra for good measure.

"Thanks for all the get well wishes. And no-they don't give morphine for flu," she tweeted after receiving plenty of well-wishes from concerned fans. "I might have ulcers again. Because I care too much. It's a gift."

Get well soon, girl. We're really looking forward to that record you're working on!

Of course, she's not the first star to invite her fans into the hospital room. Rihanna recently caused a bit of concern after tweeting an image of an IV in her arm, but offering no real explanation for what was wrong. A source close to Rihanna later told People the singer was not suffering from anything serious: "She had a fever and flu since last week and needed an IV, but is fine now."

On what would have been her 86th birthday, Lady Gaga wished the late, great Marilyn Monroe a happy birthday the best way she knows how – by styling herself up with Monroe's signature big blonde curls and posting the image on her Twitter.

"#HappyBirthdayMarilyn They'll never take our blonde hair and lipstick," Gaga tweeted along with a black and white image of herself topless with barrel curls and dark lips, a look Monroe pioneered during her 1950s heyday.

Nearly 50 years after her tragic death, Monroe's influence is still felt all over our popular culture. From photo shoot recreations to award-winning performances, Monroe – who was born Norma Jeane Mortensen Baker on June 1, 1926 – remains a stylistic gold standard and a major influence on today's stars. Everyone from Rihanna, Michelle Williams and Gaga to Christina Aguilera, Angelina Jolie and Madonna have sported her looks in pictures, music videos and films.

Gaga is currently in Asia on her "Born This Way Ball" tour, where she is apparently having trouble indulging in one of her favorite hobbies – buying costume jewelry from TV shopping networks. Luckily she has the Internet.

"Laying in bed looking at costume jewelry online. Only thing difficult about being on the road. NO QVC!!! Home Shopping Network where r you!" the pop diva tweeted early this morning. "don't judge me if 35 years from now I have a clothing line like Liza. sort of a suppressed dream. I WANT TO SELL VELOUR and sparkly CHARMS!"

Gaga recently added yet another Twitter milestone to her already-impressive social media cap – she now has 25 million followers, more than any other person on Twitter.

Adele

Only a few months have passed since the 54th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony in February, but CBS has already announced that the 55th Grammys will be airing live on CBS from Los Angeles' Staples Center on February 10, 2013.

While the date for the awards is set in stone, we still have to wait a while before we get to hear who all the nominees are. The Grammy Nominations Concert, which will also be broadcast on the Eye network, happens a few months prior on December 5, 2012, and it is expected to include performances from past Grammy winners and nominees.

Eligibility for next year’s ceremony began on October 1 of last year and runs through September 12 of this year. It’s a bit too early to expect any mention of a host.

Last year, the awards notably drew their biggest audience since 1984 (and second biggest ever) with 39.9 viewers tuning in to watch. Impressively, more people watched the Grammys than any other awards program this year, including the Oscars, which is typically the biggest audience draw of the awards season.

This year’s Grammys boasted performances from Bruce Springsteen, Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, Taylor Swift, Adele, Katy Perry, and even showcased Rihanna and Coldplay’s collab "Princess of China" live for the first time.

Adele straight-up cleaned house at the ceremony by taking home six awards – including the coveted Album of the Year. Bon Iver won over some new fans when he won two, including Best New Artist. And Skrillex cemented his place in the EDM scene by winning Best Electronic Album.

Amy Winehouse

By Zachary Swickey

Amy Winehouse's family is continuing to move on from the tragic passing of the talented British soul singer by putting her north London home up for sale.

“The Winehouses have decided to put the house on the market, with great regret,” a spokesman for the family told Reuters via email.

The Winehouses note that it simply didn't feel right for any of them to reside there. “Amy loved that house but none of the family felt it appropriate that they should live in it and it was not practical to keep it empty while paying the costs of its upkeep,” they explained.

Fans of Winehouse have ventured to the Camden property to show their respects for the late, great singer. They even transformed a nearby square into a shrine in the days following her untimely death.

Various newspaper reports suggest that the three-bedroom home is currently on the market for £2.7 million (or $4.2 mill for we Americans).

Winehouse’s final album Lioness: Hidden Treasures was released posthumously last December and contains a collection of unheard tracks that feature the likes of Nas and Tony Bennet. Winehouse seemed to have had a profound impact on Nas.

“It’s a bittersweet feeling to do something with her now that she’s not here. I’m happy… the sweet part is that we have the music, fans have new music from her,” he explained. “It’s new because they’ve never heard it. The bitter part is that she’s no longer here to really give it to us and to really live her music and for us to see her smile and hear her voice."

The rapper also recalls his fond memories of hanging with the songstress in the studio, saying, “She was hilarious, man. She would make you laugh. To her, music came so easy.”

Taylor Swift

By Meredith Goldberg-Morse

Taylor Swift recently hit the studio with English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran to collaborate on new material that could potentially appear on the follow-up to Speak Now.

Known in the UK for his successful debut album + (as well as his interesting new goat tattoo), the two-time Brit Award winner has collaborated on tracks for One Direction in addition to writing his own solo material. The two announced their collaboration earlier this month via Twitter, after Swift approached Sheeran to work on her new album.

Swift, as a source told The Sun, is "into her British music and became a massive fan of Ed…there is a mutual affection between the pair." The partnership with megastar Swift will surely garner more attention for Sheeran’s music on this side of the Atlantic, not to mention the added financial bonus—credit on an album track could earn him as much as £200,000.

For the time being, however, both seem to be focused on enjoying the artistic collaboration, with Swift tweeting, "Eating cheeseburgers, scribbling on guitars, writing songs with @edsheeran. : )." Sheeran confirmed this moments later with the equally upbeat reply – "In and out burger, defacing guitars and writing music with @taylorswift13 : )"

Hopefully, the smiley faces indicate that we can expect some pretty incredible songs from the duo in the near future.

The 25th anniversary of Michael Jackson's landmark album Bad will be commemorated September 18 with the release of the Bad 25 deluxe package, which will include a unheard demos and newly discovered outtakes that didn’t make the original cut of the heralded album as well as live footage from Jackson’s massive 1988 concert at London’s Wembley Stadium – footage taken from Michael's personal VHS copy of his July 16, 1988 performance, which was attended by 72,000 rabid fans and even Prince Charles and Princess Diana.

Jackson's VHS recording of the concert is reported to be the sole copy of the performance. The album itself, of course, already features some of his biggest hits – "Bad," "The Man in the Mirror," "The Way You Make Me Feel" and "Smooth Criminal" to name a few.

The folks at Jackson's label have just released a teaser for the the anniversary reissue package to the set's official website that includes tons of previously unseen images from the King of Pop's famed London concert.

Funk pop outfit Scissor Sisters have finally revealed their latest crazy video for their next single “Baby Come Home” off their album Magic Hour, which was released just this week.

The song follows their previous single, “Only the Horses,” and finds the group donning some fun wardrobe choices – a knight, Viking, nun, and sailors can all be found.

Oh, and there’s also appearances from witches, prisoners (one in an electric chair) and Satan himself in the trippy clip that also somehow comes off as a beer commercial.

In other Scissor Sister news, the band recruited Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme for a hilarious new infomercial selling the band’s new effort. “You may know me from last night or Queens of the Stone Age,” Homme states with a mischievous grin as he pitches the product on a disco dance floor.

He then comments that the album is “dedicated to getting you on the dance floor and keeping you on the dance floor. Forever,” but also contains “touching ballads.” He goes on to call the album a “combination of rhythm and romance like you’ve never heard before.”

Scissor Sister’s fourth studio album also boasts some heavy-hitting guest appearances from the likes of Pharrell Williams, Diplo, newcomer Azealia Banks, and Calvin Harris, who helped by co-producing Sisters’ lead single “Only the Horses” with frontman Jake Shears.

Prince Harry

By Elizabeth Lancaster (@lizzydl)

Start sending in your resumes, ladies. One of the world's most talked about bachelors has finally acknowledged his desire to start a family – and it could be with you!

Talking up the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee (which is a very big deal across the pond), Prince Harry opened up to ABC’s Katie Couric about the many important women in in life, including his late mother Princess Diana and Queen Elizabeth, but most intriguingly about the future mother of his children, whose identity is still TBD.

The hunky 27-year-old royal explained, "I’ve longed for kids since I was very, very young. And so I’m just waiting to find the right person, someone who’s willing to take on the job."

While the obvious question is, "Who the heck wouldn't be up for it?" Harry also revealed that there aren't any current candidates. "I don't have anyone” the young heir explained, having finally split for good from his longtime on-and-off girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

Now, that he has made this public proclamation about his desires for the future, we are sure many suitable ladies would line up for a shot at this "job."

Earlier this year, in an interview in Brazil, Harry told the press "Being 27 now, and doing this tour solo, I've always said that it would probably be easier as a couple." So this is no fleeting thought – Harry is ready to follow in his older brother’s footsteps and find a Kate Middleton of his very own. But who will it be?

Who would you like to see Prince Harry end up with? Let us know in the comments below!

Melissa Forde, Instagram

While the majority of pop stars have bodies that make many drool with envy, few like to show theirs off more than the Barbadian goddess Rihanna, who has stripped down yet again to promote her newest perfume, Nude.

No stranger to being scantily clad or showing more than fans would expect on Twitter – Rihanna hopped on Instagram to share some steamy new pics. “I got a big shoot tomorrow for a surprise fragrance for my ladies called... NUDE! Bye bye dreadz, for NOW!" she tweeted.

Nude is Rihanna’s third scent in the fragrance game – following her successful Reb’l Fleur and Rebelle perfumes last year. The singer returns to the platinum locks she was rocking earlier this year in the alluring pictures that were shot by her friend Melissa Forde, who thankfully decided to share them with the world.

"Behind the scenes for new fragrance photo shoot," wrote Forde. Rihanna, meanwhile, strategically places her arms to keep things from falling into X-rated territory.

Maroon 5

No one is denying that Adam Levine is quite the ladies' man … especially not Adam Levine.

In a new interview with Details, the handsome "Voice" coach and Maroon 5 frontman, who is currently holding down the #3 spot on the Billboard singles chart with his band's "Payphone," gave his thought on why he is such a hit with the ladies – and rather than opt for the obvious "duh, look at me" he went into detail about why he understands women so well.

"One of my theories on why I'm so capable of understanding women is that after my parents split, my mom moved in with her brother's ex-wife - my aunt - who was also newly single," he told Details. "So I was living in a house with two jilted women, plus my cousin, who's more like my sister, and my brother, Michael, who we eventually find out is gay. Just the estrogen alone ... You know when you're 14 and terrified to talk to a girl? I didn't suffer much from that. It seemed very natural to me to talk to girls."

He also declared he is as far from a "misogynist" – an accusation that has been tossed around a bit concerning how he handled his dust-up with fellow "Voice" judge Christina Aguilera – as a man can get.

"There's two kinds of men. There are men who are f**king misogynist pigs, and then there are men who just really love women, who think they're the most amazing people in the world," Levine said. "And that's me. Maybe the reason I was promiscuous, and wanted to sleep with a lot of them, is that I love them so much."

Got that? He's just got a lot of love to give. And now that he's single again, we're sure he won't have any trouble finding a few ladies looking for a little innocent lovin.' Yeah, that's it. Lovin.' Read More...
