Spotted: Demi Lovato And Joe Jonas Visit 'In The Heights'

It's going to be a busy summer for Demi Lovato. She'll be heading out on tour with the Jonas Brothers in celebration of "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam," which will premiere on the Disney Channel in September. She has been making the rounds with the Jonas Brothers to promote the tour (they were on "Good Morning America" last week and they also sat down with MTV News' Jocelyn Vena yesterday; stay tuned to MTV News for all the great moments from that interview), and she took some time out on Tuesday (May 18) to catch up with fellow Disney Channel-bred star Corbin Bleu on the set of Broadway's "In the Heights," in which Bleu currently stars. With boyfriend Joe Jonas at her side, she caught up with Bleu and met some other members of the cast and crew while touring the set.

Lovato, Jonas and Bleu weren't the only stars on the outside, as a multitude of celebrities continued to party at the Cannes Film Festival and Jennifer Lopez stole the show at the World Music Awards in Monaco. Spotted: Corbin Bleu And Constantine Maroulis Toss Some Balls Around

Against all odds, some of the hottest rock music happening right now can be found on Broadway. Of course, Green Day just saw the massive opening of their stage musical "American Idiot," but there are plenty of other solutions for people looking for pop and rock infusions with their theater, including the glam metal jukebox show "Rock of Ages," the rock and soul story "The Heights," the Elvis Presley-meets-Carl-Perkins-meets-Jerry-Lee-Lewis-meets-Johnny-Cash historical epic "Million Dollar Quartet," the trippy-dippy "Hair" and the immortal Frankie Valli tribute "Jersey Boys." With the weather getting warmer, the casts of some of those shows headed out to New York City's Central Park for the beginning of the season for the Broadway Softball League. Now in its 56th season, the league pits performers from various shows against each other in softball action all summer, and two crossover stars — former "High School Musical" star turned "The Heights" lead Corbin Bleu and "American Idol" contestant Constantine Maroulis, who now stars in "Rock of Ages" — threw out the ceremonial first pitches of the year.

They weren't the only stars spending some time in the sun, as Paul McCartney got some fresh air in London and Swizz Beatz and Russell Simmons chilled at the annual SESAC Awards in New York. Spotted: Katy Perry Just Wants To Have Fun

Katy Perry's upcoming album (which should grace the airwaves and store shelves some time in 2010) is one of the most looked-forward-to releases in the coming calendar year. It's no wonder why, as Perry's debut One of the Boys spawned a handful of huge hits, including "I Kissed a Girl" and "Hot N Cold." Plus, Perry has one of the most dynamic personalities in the music world. But does she live that persona all the time? It seems like it, especially if her Twitter page, her choice of fiancé and her workout garb are any indication. Perry was spotted yesterday coming out of a gym in Los Angeles wearing a T-shirt that read "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!" It's true, Katy, and nobody has more fun that you.

She wasn't the only star out in the wild yesterday, as former "High School Musical" star Corbin Bleu made his debut in the Broadway musical "In the Heights" and Khloe Kardashian found herself shaking hands with President Barack Obama. Spotted: Kelly Osbourne Finds The Christmas Spirit

She may have lost "Dancing with the Stars" (she was robbed!), Kelly Osbourne has kept her profile up in a much greater way than winner Donny Osmond or runner-up Mya. Osbourne seems to have fully recovered from her foot injury and used said foot to walk the red carpet at the Cracked Xmas Gala, which supports the Trevor Project, a suicide and crisis prevention hotline for gay youth. Osbourne shared the carpet with stars like "Survivor" host Jeff Probst and "How I Met Your Mother" star Jason Segal.

It's holiday party season, so Osbourne wasn't alone on the nation's red carpets. For example, Corbin Bleu and Miranda Cosgrove both received awards at Variety's "Power of Youth" event. Meanwhile, Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt did some holiday shopping in Van Nuys. What's Next For 'High School Musical' Graduates?

Confession time: I love "High School Musical." You do too. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone. And for die-hard "HSM" fans, recent news that the franchise will officially return to television is bittersweet.

Yes, East High will live on, but could it possibly be the same without singing sweethearts Troy and Gabriella? Remember "Grease 2" (sans John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John)? Or "Saved by the Bell: The New Class"?

Yeah, it won't be the same. But fear not, Wildcat fans, Ashley, Corbin, Vanessa and Zac all have new projects on the horizon. It's a pivotal time for the principal castmembers — will they forge on to futures full of successful albums and blockbuster movies, or will they forever be known as those Disney musical kids?

A Few Heartthrobs That Didn't Quite Make The Cut

Picking Hollywood's finest for our Valentine's single teen heartthrob list turned out to be more of a challenge than I thought it would. There were so many guys that came to mind, but not all could be included. Some were cut simply because they have a significant other and "single" was a key criteria, but some were for other reasons. Corbin BleuHere's who didn't make the cut:

Corbin Bleu - Yes, Corbin is a cutie. He can sing, he can dance — he is even single! And I apologize to all you Bleu birds out there, but I have to say this: Corbin is just plain boring. Come out with a steamy music video, CB! It takes more than a pretty smile to be a heartthrob these days.

Ed Westwick - Oh Chuck Bass, with your red velvet suits and penchant for burlesque shows, who doesn't love you?Ed Westwick Apparently your castmate Jessica Szorh (Vanessa to those that go by character name only) feels the same — last week while courtside at a Knicks game you engaged in a PDA-session that crushed the dreams of many, present company included. I think the CW needs to implement a rule in which there can only be one inter-show romance at time and Penn and Blake got there first.

Kevin JonasAll of the Jonas Brothers - Every Jonas has a girlfriend! I would've bet money Kevin was single, but alas, a search showed that he too has a female to accompany him on triple-dates with Joe and Camilla and Nick and Selena. Love bugs indeed.
