Lyfe JenningsR&B singer Lyfe Jennings was arrested Sunday night in Smyrna, Georgia, after police say he fired a gun in the street while looking for the mother of his children. He then led the authorities on a car chase that ended in a crash and his arrest. The singer posted $50,000 bond on Monday night.

Three young men who claimed Lindsay Lohan commandeered their vehicle and took them on a white-knuckle high-speed chase on Santa Monica-area highways that ended with the actress' arrest on DUI charges last July have filed suit over the bizarre incident, The Associated Press reports.

Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake sued Lohan last week for battery, false imprisonment, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, slander and negligence, seeking damages in excess of $25,000. Two months after the incident, the actress pleaded guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine that night and an earlier drunken-driving arrest, serving 84 minutes in jail before entering rehab.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) may have asked Shia LaBeouf to man up and get ignition locks following his misdemeanor DUI citation in Sunday's Los Angeles car crash, but according to a report, the actor has done at least one thing right already. An eyewitness said that despite being encouraged to flee the scene of the crash by the person whose car he hit, LaBeouf insisted on hanging in and taking his punishment.

In an unfortunately timed coincidence, the forthcoming September issue of Details magazine features an interview with "Transformers" star Shia LaBeouf in which he discusses tossing back drinks and having smokes with his dad. In it, he admits that "I don't know how to have one drink." The actor is still recovering from a weekend DUI incident in which he seriously injured his hand, though his passenger, "Transformers" co-star Isabel Lucas, was not injured in the wreck.

"Transformers" star Shia LaBeouf, 22, was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence after he crashed his truck while making an illegal left-hand turn in Hollywood early Sunday morning. The actor was taken to a local hospital shortly after for “extensive” hand surgery, but a spokesperson said he will resume filming "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" within a month. No one else was injured in the crash.
