The Fort Sanders, Tennessee, apartment of 20-year-old David Kernell was the subject of an early-morning search on Sunday, as FBI agents looked for clues that might connect the University of Tennessee student to the hacking of Republican VP candidate Sarah Palin's Yahoo! account last week. Kernell, the son of Democratic State Representative Mike Kernell, has not been charged with any crime in the case, which involved the public posting of mostly private e-mails. However, agents spent several hours photographing everything in the apartment and issued subpoenas to Kernell's three roommates to appear in court this week.
