Britney Spears' 2-year-old son, Jayden James, was released from the hospital at about 6 p.m. on Monday, 24 hours after being rushed to the emergency room for what has been described as a "bad reaction" to something he swallowed. Spears' official Web site states that Jayden is fine now.
